TOG X Work it Wellness week 3rd-7th April 2017.

We want to do something for you that’s fun, worth your time and good for you – for mind, body and spirit! Everyday in this Wellness Week we will be hosting a talk aimed at reconnecting with yourself & the people around you, relaxing and finding a happy balance in this high speed life of ours; all whilst feeding you delicious, fresh, organic food.
We will also end each day with a free HIIT class for you to end your day on a high note AND just because you deserve to win cool stuff – we’ve got a competition for you too.
Sign up to the classes and talks that work for you (spaces limited) or at the very least – get some colleagues together and get your tush on the rowing machine for a chance to win some personal training sessions and a Gym Tote bag.

What’s on:

– Afternoon Talks – Hosted by Urban Guru and Work it | catered by Eat First
Talk topic- Be the best version of you. We understand the constraints of the modern worker and will be discussing some variables that can affect the way you feel, your energy levels, decreasing sick days and increasing everyday mood and performance.
– HIIT classes – After work at 6:15-19:00.
– A row challenge around the clock – Our goal is to collectively row the equivalent of the length of The English Chanel as many times as possible throughout the week. The participant who individually rows the largest distance will win a months unlimited membership at Work it and a Gym Tote bag– (winner to be announced via instant message on the TOG&Co.App – don’t have it yet? – Goody bag giveaways for all participants (includes products from PHIZZ, Gym Tote, and TOGether café).
